**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

We had a very good stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable with several great amenities such as a screened porch and upper balcony. The only suggestion we would make is for a slightly larger tv. I need closed captions and the words were often cut off due to the size. In addition, the password for wifi had been changed but the realty office apparently was not notified. A technician was sent over to assist and he did a great job. We would recommend this property.

We were very pleased with this unit at Port O’Call. The view of the ocean from the 3rd floor porch was great! This unit had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and more. Won’t hesitate for a return vacation.

Overall stay was excellent. Had our two kids 9 and 11 with us and had plenty of room. The location is quiet and very close to the beach. Enjoyed the screened porch and widow's walk. The pool is nice and the elevator is a relief with all the stuff you pack with kids! The rental decor was pleasant and functional, not cluttered. Our second trip to IOP in 4 months and always enjoy it.

Sad to see the beach eroding. Surprised when workmen showed up unannounced to replace the screen door. Appreciative of the owners’ attention to detail & willingness to share their lovely condo. Pretty sure they would be disappointed about guests arriving to find a soiled spread on the bed in the master bedroom & dirty sheets on the daybed in the loft.

In general I enjoyed my stay. However, had some issues with the tv, hard to get in as entrance door keep sticking, and mattress was too soft for me.
But the office responded to all my concerns in a timely manner!

Overall the condo was in very good condition. Our only issues were the mattress on the bed. It was VERY soft. The other issue is the size of the kitchen. It is very small. Essentially, you can only get one person at a time in the kitchen area.
We did like the screened in porch and the rooftop widows walk.

The condo has a great screened patio and widow watch view of the ocean. The unit has new furniture inside and on patios. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything that you need. The coffee pot is a drip (not pods). Also 2 new beach chairs are available for use. The unit is very clean and provides lots of beginning supplies. Very easy check in with a combination lock. So no keys to drop off later. The unit was very clean. The bed mattress is a medium firmness with a pillow top. Would rent this unit again.
