Isle of Palms offers both paid and free public parking, with on-street paid parking enforced from March 1 through October 31 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and free parking available along Palm Boulevard between 21st Avenue and 40th Avenue with posted orientation and setback requirements. Paid parking can be purchased via mobile phone or at the parking kiosk on Ocean Boulevard near Front Beach between 10th and 14th Avenues; please park only in marked spaces, observe all posted signage and loading zones, and place the receipt visibly on the dashboard.Island Realty staff

Just ok
The unit was clean and we had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. About a week before our trip, we were notified our unit was vacant the day before our check in date, and we were offered a low rate to book that extra night as well. Since we couldn't come a day earlier, I declined. Two days before our check in date, I asked if the unit was still vacant. It was. I asked if we could have an earlier check in time instead of between 4-5 since the unit was available and we were going to be arriving earlier than 4. I was told no, and that I could still pay the discounted rate for the extra night. (which I ended up paying for) I feel like they could have done me a "solid" and just let us check in a few hours earlier on our original check in date since the unit was ready. Especially since I have rented from this company two years in a row. Also, the internet stopped working on our last night and despite calling the maintenance, no one called back so we were left with no tv and internet the entire evening. Management did text me the next morning about the Internet. I killed four small roaches in the kitchen and the sofa had stains on it. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Charming Beach Condo
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, there was absolutely no complaints. Our family loved the condo! The pool was very nice, beach access is right next to the condo, takes 4 minutes to walk. All of the staff is incredible and treat you like family. our home away from home!
Our family has stayed at this same apartment for the past 4 years, we absolutely love it. We are so excited to look into booking our summer trip this year! We are a family of 6 and this accommodates us so well. It's just across the street from the beach with pier access. Great restaurants within walking distance. Book shelf full of great reads. Full kitchen, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our favorite part is that the pool is just outside the balcony & the kids can spend all day there. Excellent lodging

I'd say to maybe upgrade the kitchen, and bigger beds, and the master bathroom bath tub was clogged the entire so when u took a shower the water was up to your knees.. The only thing I would ask for when we return is a unit with larger bed size. Since I am a relatively tall guy, I found the bed to be a too small. Although many of our property owners choose to supply hair dryers for our guests, it is not something that we require of them so we cannot guarantee that there will be one available.
This complex has a pool that is available for guest use. The pool across the street at Sea Cabins is only for use by owners and guests at Sea Cabins.

Island Realty takes cleanliness very seriously and we take many preventative measures to ensure that our guests do not encounter any roaches or other pests. However, as our properties are located on a barrier island in a warm, humid climate, we cannot ensure that pests will not enter through doors/windows that are left open. We encourage all guests to please keep doors/screens shut when not in use as to further prevent any unwelcome pests!
