Inside you will find a very open floor plan with plenty of room for great family gatherings. Upgraded kitchen with under-counter ice maker, granite counter-tops, and a large center island. Kitchen overlooks the living room and breakfast area. Living room, kitchen, and dining room all have lots of natural light and look out onto the private pool and gated deck area. In the dining room, there is a large over-sized dining table with plenty of room for wonderful family gatherings.
On the main floor are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. First two bedrooms (Queen Beds) have a shared bathroom. Third bedroom (queen and twin) has a private bathroom with shower only. Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower (no tub) and opens on to the pool deck. At the end of the hall (furthest from the living room) over the garage, there is a second floor bedroom with 3 twin beds. Large flat screen TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. Living room TV has YouTube TV for local channels and ESPN and streaming, all other TVs are streaming only (Roku).

We loved everything about the house except the beds. The mattresses were very uncomfortable It seems like they need to be replaced. WOW! This property was absolutely what our 4 families needed. There is plenty of space for us all to watch a movie or put together a puzzle. The kitchen was fully stocked with cups, utensils, baking wear, plates, and a pantry for all our snacks. You can just walk to the beach and setup for the day, or quick drive to North Charleston for shopping. We had some young kids with us and the pool offered them something to do when we were making supper. The property is well loved which was perfect for our busy families. Horrible experience GUTTERS DIRTY FRONT PORCH DIRTY HOUSE WAS HOT. LOFT WAS HIT NO DOOR POOL AND ENTRANCE DIRTY . HAD TO COMPLAIN IN TOWN FOR A GRADUATION SO EMBARRASSING GUEST COULD NOT SWIM NOR SIT ON FRONT PORCH NASTY . This airbnb was beautiful and very relaxing! I would recommend this place to a lot more people. This place has been very put together and taken care of! Was well spent with family/friends! We stayed at the property over Christmas. The property is in a great location to the golf course and to the beach. There is lots of space inside the home to move around. We have been visiting Wild Dunes for over 20 years and have stayed with many different rental companies in different homes. This house is a nice find with 5 bedrooms but the loft bedroom with 3 twins doesn't have a door and it gets very hot in the summer. AC came out to inspect and said it was working fine. The pool stayed cool in the summer and was great. The deck area needs attention (exposed nails- hasn't been stained in many years). The kitchen was well stocked and the bedding was good. The house looks worn down compared to the pictures. The inside needs painted, lots of banged up walls and missing paint. The rugs need cleaned in the living room. The pictures online show clean new rugs, nice outside paint & deck so I'm guessing were taken years ago. I know it's a rental but for Island Realty standards, I would think more work would be put into maintaining the standard of this nice home. The house had everything we needed. Well-equipped kitchen, ice maker in the bar area. Even had baby gates and high chair for my youngest grand daughter! It slept my whole family comfortably. My pre-teen daughter and her friend loved the loft area. It has a nice, short walk to the beach, and fantastic pool to relax and play in after coming in. We had a great stay at 2 Abalone Alley! The location was great with an easy walk to the beach. This was the perfect house for our family’s vacation—3 families with 5 children under 7 years old. The 4 children between 3.5 and 7 slept in the loft—one had a mat and sleeping bag on the floor! The pool was so nice and a HUGE hit with our grandchildren! And we all really enjoyed the layout of the house. The children ate most breakfasts and lunches on the smaller table. This house is perfect for extended families. Large living space and plenty of room on the pool deck to spread out and enjoy. Rented this house for a girls weekend and it was WONDERFUL. 12 ladies fit comfortably for sleeping and we could even all sit to eat dinner together. The walk to the beach was a little further than I expected, but I think that's only because I'm not used to SC beach and the massive dunes/ distance between the shoreline and build line. It's definitely walk-able, but if we had kids with us it would've been a hike w/ all of the "stuff" kids require. We mostly ended up using the BEAUTIFUL pool. Even though the pool backs up to a road,we barely heard any traffic because of the gorgeous palm trees that surround the pool (and make for a fun photo backdrop!) We had a chef come in to make dinner for us one night and she was pleasantly surprised with how well-appointed the kitchen was. All around, Island Realty was easy to work with and professional. 6 adults, 2 young children - this was a fabulous home, especially being one level. The "nest" over the garage was perfect when the 4-8 year olds wanted a spot of their own. Open floor plan and spacious deck provided great space for family reunion conversations. We loved the vacation house and made many family memories there! The location of the house was fantastic and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and the open floor plan was wonderful. My only recommendation is the pool could use a railing for safety and the television could come with instructions.

We visited with a group of 30 year old women and had a great time! There was plenty of space, a decent amount of bathrooms, and a great kitchen to cook in! It was too cold to use the pool, but the deck was awesome. To rent a property through Island Realty, you must be at least 25 years of age. Parents or legally responsible adults may not make reservations for occupants who do not reach the age requirement. This property is 250 yards from the beach. It is a community beach access point. However, any beach access points within Wild Dunes are going to be much less crowded than the main Isle of Palms strip as it is within the gated community.
